Who we are
Volunteers for Ukraine is a 100% volunteer grassroots 501(c)(3) non-profit comprised of professionals dedicating their time and expertise to helping partnering organizations provide aid in Ukraine and surrounding areas. While we have an incredible team of volunteers dedicated to the cause, we invite you to learn a little bit more about the leadership of our organization.
What we do
We work with partners, officials, NGOs, volunteers, and contacts on the ground to organize volunteer efforts. Specifically, after verifying volunteer credentials, we connect volunteers with financial sponsors and provide direct financial and logistical assistance to get volunteers to the areas where they are most needed.

Success Stories from Donors & Volunteers
I donated a surgeon's travel to Lviv to deliver medical supplies and much needed medical care to bombing victims. It was a very simple and very rewarding experience. Volunteer for Ukraine connected me to the volunteer surgeon via email, he gave me a rough timeline for his travel and I went online and booked his travel to Warsaw via a United miles ticket and Marriott rewards. I kept in touch with the Volunteer doctor via email during his trip and it was very rewarding to see him arrive and deliver medical care and supplies to those suffering in the Ukraine. I'm now rallying my friends to sponsor another volunteer. Ukraine needs us and this is such a simple way to make a huge difference to those suffering on the ground.

Donor
As a Grassroots Organization, VFU managed to get me in contact with a donor who gave me his miles to fly to Poland, as well as proper legit contacts on the ground. I couldn’t get these same opportunities anywhere else, and getting help from this organization helps me do what I can as a former Navy Corpsman on the ground!
